Wellness Classes

At FreeStyle Wellness, we’ve intentionally designed our studios to offer a more personal and supportive class experience.

Our upstairs studio is a smaller, intimate space that accommodates up to 6 students, making it perfect for focused sessions and a more personalized feel. Our downstairs studio is slightly larger and can hold up to 11 students, allowing for a small group atmosphere.

Because of our small class sizes, instructors are able to provide more guidance, attention, and support throughout your practice.

Please bring clean indoor shoes if you’d like to wear shoes for our fitness classes. Outdoor shoes are not permitted, and you will be asked to go barefoot. Thank you

HOT CLASSES will have a temperature range of 34-38 degrees

WARM CLASSES will have a temperature range of 25-30 degrees



All drop-in classes are $28 per class.

To make sure you have a spot, we encourage all guests to book their classes online in advance. As a small, boutique-style studio with limited class sizes, reserving your space ahead of time helps us create the best possible experience for everyone in the room.

If you’re unable to attend, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins through the online system so another guest has the opportunity to join.
