Our Wellness Café is designed to be simple, convenient, and nourishing. We offer grab-and-go healthy foods and drinks, with everything prepared and ready in our cooler so you can easily pick something up. Featuring a selection of locally sourced options to support both your wellness and community.
You’ll find simple coffee, tea, and matcha, along with fresh, wholesome options to support your wellness routine.
Seating for the café is outdoors under our covered space, featuring relaxed seating and a cozy fire table where you can enjoy your drink, connect with friends, or take a quiet moment to unwind.
As we are a small boutique yoga studio, we kindly ask guests to be mindful when entering the space, as classes may be in session. We appreciate your help in keeping the environment calm and peaceful for everyone practicing inside
Barrel Sauna & outdoor shower
Our barrel sauna and outdoor shower offer a simple way to unwind and reset, open to anyone during our cafe hours. The warmth of the sauna helps relax the body, while the fresh outdoor shower leaves you feeling refreshed and recharged.

With easy access lockers, everything is designed to keep your experience calm, comfortable, and effortless. Please bring appropriate bathing suit wear and your own towel. If you forget your towel there will be towels for purchase.
