I’m Kathryn, a Yoga Alliance–registered yoga teacher with a passion for creating warm, welcoming spaces where everyone feels at ease from the moment they arrive.
My classes are grounded and approachable, with a focus on building strong foundations, improving flexibility, and gently supporting both body and mind. I guide with a calm, nurturing style and encourage you to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and let go of any pressure to “get it right.”
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, my classes are a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect; with yourself and with a supportive community.
Beyond the mat, I’m also a certified Animal Naturopath and wellness advocate, and I bring this holistic, whole-body approach into everything I teach.
