Yoga is a way home to ourselves—a return that happens through consistent effort and the simple act of showing up to our practice. It teaches us how to breathe through it all… through everything life offers us.
Yoga is relaxation, challenge, honesty, and constant change. And really, all we have to do is choose—to show up, to be present, and to put in the effort.
My offering to you is consistency, guidance, and a safe space where you can process your day, your month, your years. Together, we’ll practice being present, doing our best, and meeting our bodies exactly where they are. We’ll honor what we need, when we need it—and we’ll have fun along the way.
Join me three days a week for Hatha Strong, a practice designed to balance the body, energy, and breath through both strength and grace. This class will challenge you in the best ways, and I promise—you’ll improve by 1% every single time.
Restorative Yin is your space to deeply relax. We’ll target and soften the connective fascial tissue that supports free, easeful movement. Through longer-held poses and guided pranayama, you’ll be gently led into your body and into the parasympathetic nervous system. Expect 3–5 minute holds and the supportive use of props.
My name is Hanna, and I’ll be your guide to strength, balance, and relaxation every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
I hold a 300-hour Hatha certification through the YAA and have been teaching for over a decade, with more than 1,000 classes led. My background also includes 100 hours of Vipassana meditation, certification as an integrative trauma practitioner, and Yin yoga training. I’ve helped bring two studios to life, started five hemp farms, built two businesses independently—and through it all, yoga has always been my anchor.
I can’t wait to meet you.
