Emily is a Kinesiologist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer who completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Camosun College, graduating with an internship designation. Through both her education and hands-on clinical experience, she has developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals with diverse needs.
Emily works in a rehabilitation setting, helping clients navigate recovery from motor vehicle accidents, chronic conditions, arthritis, osteoporosis, and both acute and long-term injuries. She has experince working in both private and group settings, tailoring her approach to meet each individual’s goals, abilities, and stage of recovery.
Emily is passionate about using her education and experience to support others in feeling stronger, more capable, and confident in their bodies. She has worked in multidisciplinary clinic settings alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, gaining experience in injury prevention, rehabilitation, movement education, and strength and conditioning. She takes a thoughtful, individualized approach—meeting clients where they’re at and helping them progress in a way that feels both supportive and sustainable.
