Amanda is a Yoga and Pilates instructor known for her dynamic, thoughtful, and inclusive approach to teaching. With a strong foundation in anatomy and movement, she offers classes that blend traditional principles with a contemporary feel—ranging from energizing Vinyasa and Mat Pilates to deeply restorative and sound healing practices.
Her personal practice has played a powerful role in helping her manage anxiety, guiding her out of her head and into her body through breath, movement, and presence. This experience shapes the way she teaches—creating space for students to not only build strength and mobility, but to feel grounded, calm, and more connected within themselves.
